interesting that you mention it.
The issue is known. In fact, in the past it was much more buggy than it 
is now. Its much better now (thanks to heavy complains on IRC by I don't 
remember who) but I agree it still looks awkward.

Interestingly enough (really ?) this one concerns the window decoration, 
and there is no option to turn it off at all (except by hacking the 
oxygenrc file).

So are you suggesting that we disable it permanently ?
I would find it a pity, for the same argument raised by pinheiro that it 
does work well in "most" cases (when e.g. loading a new page in 
konqueror), though I agree there is room for improvement. Can't this 
wait for kde4.5 ? Or for a backported bug-fix when someone files a bug ?
