Re: shopping is fun

Here we go.  Spreadshirt store activities and some initial design proposals
are now documented on the Promo wiki:

Feedback/additions welcome!  CC'ing the KDE artist mailing list for their
assistance and the Board so they're aware of the game plan.

Please just add your name in if you are willing to help design one of
these.  I will also return to bugging people that responded with interest
previously now that we have some more specific visions for what they should
be making.
