It's a possibility; personally I don't mind syncing icons oxygen -->
application (but there's a little drawback now: the icons are
installed twice, once in icons/hicolor and once in icons/oxygen). A
separate oxygen-app-icons has the advantage that the application
wouldn't need to depend on the main oxygen package - but i think that
could cause some visual trouble in my case anyway ...
