[kde-artists] Modifying Oxygen icons

Hi,

Are there any guidelines of modifying and using Oxygen icons? Well other than 
obvious, using LGPL and giving credit. As an example I modified digikam icon 
(attached). Although should be ok license wise is this considered 'proper' use 
that won't offend anybody?
