[kde-artists] Where to find sources and where to report bugs

Hi all,

I am new to Oxygen icons. Where can I find the source and where can I
report bugs?

I have found some errors in:
  ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/4.9.3/src/oxygen-icons-4.9.3.tar.xz
but
  http://www.oxygen-icons.org
doesn't provide me with information to sources and/or bug reporting.
Perhaps this information can be added to the website.
