Even I agree: it's too long. It seems that I thought being compatible with Oxygen meant 
keeping the same tempo, the same mood of the melody, and the Oxygen start up sound is 
long too. So I made some quick and minor changes. 
a) Raised a bit the tempo.
b) Remixed some elements and introduce a bit of noise.

I shaved off 3 seconds with those minor changes, without compromising the idea of this 
new startup sound. Major changes still needed? Do we want instead of this a quick sound 
like Windows 7? I'm open to suggestions.

I like the new one very much, it's much modern but as already said it's a bit too long.
