The tritone also seems like a good idea, for me though the current sound is too "sharp", I'd personally smooth/sooth it a bit (not sure about the proper terms in english :) Also I'm not completely sure about the ending which starts around 00:02 - the consecutive one-second-sound, I think it could just end with a single tone (the last from the tritone maybe)?
