[kde-artists] Removal of sounds directory in kdeartwork

Hi

I've noticed that the two files currently in the sounds directory of
kdeartwork ( http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdeartwork/sounds/ ) don't
declare any license.

According to some investigations done by opensuse developer Ilya Chernykh,
the author is Olivier Doaré <[email protected]>. I tried to contact him but the
mail server rejected my mail (due to an User Unknown error) and I couldn't
find any other email address.

So if nobody objects in the next 2 days, I will remove both files on
Thursday. Note that those two files are not the standard sounds we use and
probably nobody ever used them in a KDE installation, so I think it's ok
and much safer for us.
