However I'm missing the blue address-book:
http://wstaw.org/m/2013/12/27/address-book-new.png

this is from the ubuntu deb, but I can't use this b/c of the "plus" (and 
there is no other occurrence).

Or any other ideas for a book or even better a booklet?
