[kde-artists] new icon for the game Kajongg

Hi,

I want to introduce a new icon which should look better for small resolution,
if possible for KDE4/13.

I have been told it does not conform to the oxygene style, and neither did
the old one.

This commit changed from old icon to new one:

After reading the oxygen guide, I believe 2 things are needed:

- change the color to one of the predefined icon colors.
- change the boundaries of the single elements for better rendering
  of smaller icons. I am not really sure what to do here and do not
  really know how to use inkscape.

Since 4.13 is imminent, could somebody please help me with this?
