[kde-artists] License of Oxygen icons ?

Hi,

I would like to use some Oxygen icons in a GPLv3 software project.
I'm a bit confused about the current licence.
techbase.kde.org/Projects/Oxygen/Licensing says it's LGPL, but there is
also a site change note at the bottom that talks about the "Creative
Commons License SA 3.0 as well as the GNU Free Documentation License 1.2".
The site also mentions www.oxygen-icons.org as the project page, but it
seems it doesn't exist anymore.

So under which license(s) are the oxygen icons currently released and
what's the offical website ?
