Agreed. This obviously is a rather long term goal - but worth working on it - 
even though this should be done in a different discussion. We have to work 
with what we have at the moment - always beeing aware of the limitations.

Again agreed. The questions were rather quick examples than actual candidates 
for the survey. And concerning the timeframe: This is why we want to start 
now. Things are not getting better (or easier) when we wait :)

In order to focus the discussion again and stop the cross postings: Who would 
I have to ask to create a seperate KDE-Vision-Mailinglist? Or should we rather 
do the discussions in one of the existing MLs?
