[kde-artists] Tray icons

Hi. I have a problem with KDE tray icons. I don't like icons like this i
like mostly pixel and mini icons like this:

But there is not an icon set for this. So, i will try to make my own but
kde's tray icons not seperated, there is lots of image on one file, for
example network or battery icon. So i don't know how to create my own. Can
you make an tutorial for this? Thank you. And sorry for my English. :)
