I am having a problem in Plasma 5 trying to fetch any kind of art work from
KDE.org. It always show the error message

plasmashell 5.1.1


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to settings
2. Select "Application Style"
3. Press "Get New Decoration"

Actual Results:  
"Loading of providers from file:http://download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml
failed

Expected Results:  
Nothing. I had to cancel
