Sorry. Oxygen-gtk3 is unmaintained because the theming engine is not supported
anymore upstream. 
(see Bug 340288 and references therein)

Besides, this bug was already reported elsewhere and is in fact a gtk3 bug (a
consequence from "appears-as-list=1", that happens for all widget styles as
soon as the option is set.
