what is PROPFIND?

I'm currently banning every IP that sends garbage requests to
dot.kde.org.  This is basically every request method that is not one
of HEAD, GET, or POST (case-insensitive).

Am I missing something?

Some browsers are sending me PROPFIND, even Konqueror.  Why the heck
would they do that?
