From the media coverage here, it seems like people who don't agree
with the war aren't considered true Americans.  I'm saying this from
glimpses of everything from Dr Phil to Access Hollywood and American
Idol.

Recent examples: 

Lenny Kravitz getting death threats and being told he doesn't deserve
to be an American because of the fact that he collaborated with an
Iraqi on a peace song (which nobody but downloaders have heard because
it isn't being played publically), 

or radio stations, and the American public in general, boycotting
peace songs (but promoting war songs) and artists who have voiced an
opinion on the war/president like the Dixie Chicks, Sheryl Crow (now
eating her own words) and Madonna (pulled her video from the air).

The American mass media is almost 100% in support of war as far as I
can see.
