I am suggesting that this same group has succeeded in getting the
President to go along with many foolish ideas, the invasion of Iraq
being the most prominant.  It remains to be seen what their next foolish
idea will be, and whether or not the President will follow it.  Military
action against Syria is one obvious possibility.

Again, I am speaking of the neocons - their role is well documented -
