I agree that's a problem. That's just that in french (my native
language) you don't have this confusion. "Free Software" is "Logiciel
libre", which can't be misunderstood with "Logiciel gratuit" (which
would mean 'freeware'). I for one find the french language more logical
than the english language on that point.
