  That would probably be a good idea. Hey, if we could figure out a good 
acronymn that spelt LIBERTY, we could even try for the USA LIBERTY ACT of 
2003 (Uniting and Strengthing America with Liberty through Innovative/Best 
Electronic software Readily Yielding ACT" to guarantee government 
consideration of Liberty Software alternatives. :-)
