Umm, may I ask why you're using the term 'Jihad' here? I fail to see how 
exactly SCO's actions can be described as a holy war, and I dislike the 
parallel you and others, consistently misusing the same term, appear to be 
creating between unjust actions and islamic belief.

If you really want to draw a parallel between SCO lawsuits and warfare, then 
may I suggest 'economic invasion', or, as you may prefer, 'war on 
terrorism*'.

* This is called irony.
