  They are a oppressive, communist regime with a dismal human rights record 
(save the anti-US/US Gov. comments for another thread) and no free market, 
etc. They aren't that great of country, and if DeLay felt that we would hurt 
Taiwan for China's favor -- then there is good reason for the outburst.
