unfortunately, so many people are willing to stand silent as long as they 
don't agree with that which is being declared illegal.

i firmly believe in the concept that morality can not and should not be 
legislated. nearly every time it is, it only results in more problems, from 
creating 'criminal' subcultures to removing what society had in past agreed 
were 'inalienable' rights from all persons.
