yay... i just love it when the "press" inspires confidence by being accurate. 
it really feels like we're getting back to the situation where there are no 
reliable information filters (or at least, no reliable way to tell the 
reliable from the unreliable), with the alternative being to keep up with 
everything from raw sources yourself.

the implications of that are pretty staggering.

interesting. i can see why there is such a high bar to clear to prove that you 
are not a public accommodation, to ensure that such laws aren't abused to 
create legally sanctioned discrimination. i also find it interesting that the 
Elks were considered to be a public accommodation. the world is so complex.
