Looking at the types of alleged defects: 1 isn't a defect. 2 would take research to confirm, so I can't comment. 3 is vague. 4 and 5 seem doubtful as defects. 6 is very vague. 7 could be a problem if the wording changes are meaningful. 8, 9, and 10 are doubful as defects, considering the Constitution itself dates to a time when spelling, capitalization, and punctuation weren't that firm and were done differently from how we do them now. I also wonder if *any* part of the Constitution could stand up to this scrutiny.
