  I should have been more clear. I think a harsh punishment is fine, life 
imprisonment isn't necessarily best however. Several years in prison would be 
more in line. Although this guy, if my speed reading worked properly, also 
was fighting the officer in other ways, so he shouldn't get off easily.

  Well, I think the thing you are missing is there is a difference between 
hating someone and saying such and such is the right thing to do for a doing 
such and such.

  Abusive police is a very minor issue if you look at the percentages.
