The points of view that have repeatedly been expressed are firstly that the sentence imposed is totally out of proportion with the crime, and secondly that the law unfairly discriminates against those who are not government employees. Next time you dial for a pizza, I hope you explain to the delivery boy how you believe it's perfectly alright to spit in his face, but that to do the same to a cop deserves a life sentence. -- Dan.
