It's a question facing the US, it doesn't concern the world.

After all, Saddam Hussein was a dictator who invaded a sovereign country and
violated human rights; and apparently to some people that was not sufficient
reason to joust him. By that analogy, it's hypocrite for the world to
condemn the Bush administration for the things it allowed the Baath party to
do.

It is a serious issue for US citizens and residents though, a dictatorship
in Washington would violate their rights. Not my rights though, I don't have
any rights, at least not under the Bill of Rights, since I am not residing
in the US at the moment. Sob - esp. since I can't import Pepsi Blue anymore.

Besides, it's not that simple. A free republic can still be imperialistic or
colonialistic, see Golden Age Holland, pre-monarchy.

Suppose the US (and EU for that matter) is under a dictatorship, what do
you suggest to do about it? How do you plan to to overthrow not just the
current administration, but "the powers that be" ?

Best idea I can come up with is to move towards a country supporting
terrorism and spread flyers near Al-Qaeda hang outs with the date and
address of the next Bilderberg meeting.

Or - and I can't repeat this often enough - start a blog or website. If you
want to spread the word, do so beyond this small list. You've got a mission,
or you don't.

in Google (#1 for several Rotterdam names, "erasmusbrug", "willemsbrug",

so on). ;-)

Hm, only #17 for "kroupware" though. But being #1 for "kroupware
opengroupware" makes up for that. Quite pleased with the Erasmusbrug #1 too,
always used to be #2 after the official site.
