According to Tenet's testimony in Congress yesterday, he never saw the final draft of the speech before it was given. I wonder if Rumsfeld saw it? If one or both of these guys believed the British were wrong, and said nothing to stop Bush from citing the British anyway, then those guys were dishonest.
