In particular, as part of the new Red Hat Linux Project, the rumor to which was first noted at LinuxandMain.com recently, outside developers are invited to join in as distro developers. It sounds like Red Hat is going a bit further than Mandrake already has toward a Debian model. We'll see. At any rate, it sounds like this might be a good time for KDE to jump in... it might give KDE a chance to finally be well represented in Red Hat.
