No, I did not say this.

As written in the parts of my mail that were /not/ cited by you my 
opinion is that we can not be SURE whether he spoke the thuth or whether 
he only pretended to believe these things...

This is a common problem with people who don't believe everything their 
government tells them: such poor people (like me) often are not SURE if
their government is speaking the truth.

Unfortunately I have no way to proove that Mr. Blair /really/ believes 
what he tells to the people - and no way to proove the oposite - so I
am careful and don't believe erevything he tries to make people believe.

That's all - I am no magician.  :-)
