Like the random crashes? I notice that my system has ceased completely locking 
up upon drag and drop since I went back to 'unusable' Slackware. I wonder 
what you see in it, I honestly do.

For the hundredth time: MPlayer.

Please show me an example of a file you can't play, and I will play it, then 
use MEncoder to convert it to DivX and prove it to you.

That is, assuming whatever you're using can actually play DivX. MPlayer can.

Also, I am a bit annoyed at their choice of name since I was/am working on a 
very top secret project called HELiX.

As for the latter: probably. Though I resent your assertion that those things 
have not already been done through reverse engineering by programmers with 
more talent than Real could dream of.
