I think he means that _not_ paying for CDs prevents this bullshit. 
If filesharing was a crime you could call this civil disobedience. But since 
it is not, it is more like corporate disobedience.

Depends on whether you hold the mother or the daughter responsible. They held 
the daugther responsible, which is entirely their fault and completly 
uncalled for. (And why does it matter that she is a female, are you a
