Well, I know a pop3 provider, but no smtp is provided. Also, said pop3 
provider is really a webspace provider and hence you have to pay for that to 
get mail services. Also, no Jabber or IMAP is provided.

And the Jabber services I used to use have been really buggy lately. And the 
one which I'm now using has literally undergone less than four hours use from 
me, so it would be foolish to recommend it based on that.

So, the short answer is no. :)
