They certianly don't. NSI charges extra for a usable 
managment interface.

I work for a company that does web hosting. we use opensrs, 
which belongs to Tucows. They have a great management 
interface. I use it all the time. I heartily recommend 
them. They are in Canada, and at opensrs.net I think.
