But if citizen three has a federal grant to produce money, he may produce 
money to pay back the bank with. This will result in a yearly inflation 
roughly at the same amount as the bank interest. Sometimes lower, sometimes 
higher but mostly the same. Both the inflation and the interest works 
expontially.
