RedHat RPMs for KDE

Does anybody know why KDE does not support the RPMs from: http://kde-redhat.sourceforge.net/ Especially since there aren't any actual RedHat RPMs available for free download anymore. You go the the KDE download site and you find only the official Fedora RPMs which although they are a great improvement over the ones for RedHat 8.0 are still the result of RedHat screwing around with KDE.
