What you say is, of course, correct except for the fact that RedHat appears to be a 
special case due to their actions in not providing complete KDE RPMs.  And, now that there 
is no more free RedHat RPMs available -- replaced by Fedora which are not exactly the same 
thing.

It still appears to me that the Fedora RPMs should be distributed as such and we should 
seriously consider also having the 'KDE for Red Hat Linux' RPMs available since these are 
going to be the only actual RedHat RPMs available.
