As for lying, this url is not very convincing. That one document was misrepresented hardly undermines the whole case. I don't expect O'Neill to be completely objective and honest either, or given the sheer volume of documents that could even be an overlook. To then say that "There is only one possible conclusion: Paul O'Neill and Ron Suskind are attempting to perpetrate a massive hoax on the American people." is a bit far fetched.
