Ah, I can recommend it (and others can too, probably). It offers an
itneresting perspective on MAD.

There certainly are circumstances where armed conflict beats diplomacy. 

Obviously I don't think that currently applies to Europe though, I was just
trying to illustrate that the divisions and tensions in Europe seem to be
stronger than most people realize, and there are many issues that threaten
European unity and could, under the wrong circumstances, threaten friendly
relations between member states.
