No. Quite the opposite. I want them to be designed by engineers. I'm just suggesting that if they are going to fund a demonstration project that they should try to make something that can go into production next year. It would also help if they tried to remove the current legal barriers to the auto industry improving the efficiency of and reducing the pollution from their product.
