Add SPECIAL-USE Archive folder

Add Archive as a special-use folder similar to Trash, Sent, etc. even when
server doesn't advertise XLIST/SPECIAL-USE, per RFC 6154. Request
RETURN (SPECIAL-USE) when a server advertises it, and move messages into/out
of the folder accordingly. Follows RFC 6154.
