QML, docs: Move screen/windowcapture QML snippets into QML module

This patch takes the QML snippets found in the ScreenCapture and
WindowCapture documentation, and moves it into a proper QML snippets
target in CMake. This allows us to check for build failures in CI,
and also run qmllint easily on demand.

As a drive-by, we add a note about Application::screens in the
ScreenCapture QML documentation.

TODO: Move more QML snippets into this target.

QML, docs: Fix CaptureSession links for Window/ScreenCapture

This patches fixes the QML CaptureSession hyperlink in the
Window/ScreenCapture documentation. As a drive-by, we fix a typos and
VideoOutput link.
