QDirEntryInfo: Extract Method visit()

Coverity keeps complaining about the std::visit()s in this class
potentially throwing std::bad_variant_access, even after we closed the
one real source of valueless_by_exception() (never realized in
practice) by giving QFileInfo a nothrow move constructor
(cf. eb4b67478a1a36c476ad20a90e7d5a3fd080516c), and added explicit
assertions for !valueless_by_exception()
(cf. 8bd5d7ee8f73dc70871f39e15ccaa785a077dcfc).

Before trying anything else, centralize the visitation in a single
function.

harmonydeployqt: fix Coverity COPY_INSTEAD_OF_MOVE

Coverity complained that `uri` could have been moved into the
temporary QString(), but the temporary isn't even needed, because
`uri` is a local non-const variable, and not used after this line.

Remove the unneeded temporary.

syncqt.cpp: fix Coverity AUTO_CAUSES_COPY

Coverity complained that the result of the ternary was assigned to an
auto variable, and that this copies, and suggested to assign to a
reference instead.

Do that. The types involved are std::strings, so copy = deep copy.

This transformation is safe because a) header and aliasHeader are
already references and at least header is used again after this
assignment and b) m_moduleMapContents is only ever insert()ed into,
and std::map provides reference stability under insertions.
