Fix FunctionFilter/FunctionSorter to resolve method from QML superclass

FunctionFilter and FunctionSorter searches for the 'filter' and 'sort'
method only at the derived qml type metaobject. For a case, where the
same method defined in the super class, it would not be found.

Fix this by iterating backward from methodCount() - 1 to 0 over the
method list of the most-derived meta-object until the required method
is found.

a11y: Do not send focus event for ignored items

Sending a focus event for an item with Accessible.ignored: true would
make that item accessible to screen readers on Windows.
