QDoc: Stop highlighting \badcode as C++

The template generator assumes every \badcode block is C++ and renders
them with C++ syntax highlighting. This produces misleading colouring
that suggests a language the snippet was never written in.

For \badcode, no language needs to be assumed. This change ensures that
QDoc emits these blocks as plain text. Tests are updated accordingly.

Linguist: Remove stale manifest files

The files weren't used in the build anymore since the switch to
CMake for Qt 6.0.

lrelease: Normalize .pro file paths to absolute before evaluation

Relative .pro file paths caused the qmake evaluator to fail resolving
the TRANSLATIONS variable
