CMake: Pass mac_sdk_min form cmake in case of android build

If mac_sdk_min is not set gn overrides make it currently to
version '14', however this is not always the case as we
should respect what was set during qt build.

Docs: Emphasize features provided by Chromium

Distinguish Chromium-provided capabilities from Qt WebEngine's own
integration work, to clarify that most features are implemented via
third party libraries and we merely provide an API to expose them.
