pulseaudio: wait for stream state in start()

We need to wait for the stream state as otherwise later "suspend" calls
may not actually suspend the stream

wasm: fix compiler warnings in the multimedia backend

- Rename the private QWasmAudioSource::start(bool) helper to
  startPipeline() so it no longer hides the virtual
  QPlatformAudioSource::start(AudioCallback &&) overload
  (-Woverloaded-virtual).
- Drop the unused parameter names from the connectNotify()
  overrides in QWasmCameraDevices and QWasmAudioDevices
  (-Wunused-parameter).
- Explicitly initialize PromiseCallbacks::finallyFunc in
  QWasmMediaDevices and QWasmMediaCaptureSession
  (-Wmissing-designated-field-initializers).
- remove a few extra qWarnings
- add finallyFunc to stop compiler warning it's missing
