Fix static analyzer warnings in Qt Wayland Client
This fixes a series of Axivion warnings.
Typical categories are: Missing parent argument to
QObjects, missing copy constructors, missing
initialization in ctor, etc.
An interesting one was a lambda signal handler for a
single shot connection which referenced
function-local data. This would technically be ok
because the connection would always be executed and
deleted before the function exited. But it had the
potential of causing future bugs, so an explicit
disconnect has now been added.
List of warnings fixed:

qtoolbutton: avoid exec when possible
QToolButtonPrivate::popupTimerDone() shows the tool button's menu
and blocks in a call to exec(), until the menu is closed. This
is a problem on WebAssembly where exec() is not supported unless
the application is built with asyncify or JSPI.
The public QToolButton:showMenu() function is documented to be
blocking, and must remain so. However, blocking is not required
for the internal code path where showMenu() is called in response
to a button press.
Rename QToolButtonPrivate::popupTimerDone() -> QToolButtonPrivate::showMenu(),
and make it show the menu using popup() instead of exec(). Move cleanup to
a callback since the function now returns immediately. Also move precondition
and recursion checks here.
Make the public QToolButton:showMenu() call QToolButtonPrivate::showMenu()
and then exec() in order to block as documented.

Android: keep query percent-encoding in openUrl()
QUrl::toString() defaults to PrettyDecoded, which decodes
escapes like %20 back to literal characters. Uri.parse() then
puts that literal space into the ACTION_VIEW intent, producing
an invalid URI. If the receiving app doesn't re-encode that
URI as a whole, it might end up with an invalid URI.
Pass QUrl::FullyEncoded so the intent always carries a valid
URI.
