QAuthenticator: fix QBAV backed by destroyed QBA

The old code iterated over the temporary result of
QHttpHeaders::values(WellKnownHeader), and stored substrings in a
QByteArrayView that outlives the for loop, therefore the
temporary. Depending on how, exactly, QHttpHeaders returns these
QByteArrays, the QByteArrayView might end up referencing data that was
uniquely held by one of the QByteArrays in the list, and freed, after
said byte array's destruction.

The code also detaches the temporary QList, so kill two birds with one
stone and store the result in a local const variable before the
iteration, ensuring (const) no detaches and (local variable) that the
byte arrays outlive the QByteArrayView referencing them.

Amends 15b0bd69ff2a3ac967ddb98b5fc3c3ce8c3d5b4b (6.8).

Detach found by Axivion / Clazy.

QTextStream: consolidate Private::status init'ing

Coverity complained that the Private(QTextStream *) ctor didn't
initialize the `status` field, but it missed that all callers of the
constructor set it explicitly.

Since it's also explicitly set after every Private::reset(), which the
ctor also calls, it makes sense to move the status init to reset(),
instead of the current shotgun-surgery style.

Do that.

Not picking back all the way, since it's a FP and there's a
non-negligible chance that older branches didn't call reset() in the
Private ctor (didn't check, just mentioning it as a risk).

QAuthenticator: add a missing move()

The lambda takes the QString argument by value, presumably because
it's only ever passed rvalues, and wants to benefit from C++17 GCE,
but it didn't use std::move() when stowing the string away.

Add the missing std::move(), fixing a clazy-function-args-by-ref
running in my QtCreator.

Amends 1cf84e7fd21a98a75b851b03467acf43c27d4504 (picked to 5.15).

QAuthenticator: enable -Wswitch in Private::parseHttpResponse()

The old code disabled it due to the use of a default: case label.

Remove it and list all enumerators instead.

Amends the start of the public history.
